I have upgraded from mac 1.5 to 1.51. Since the upgrade I have also got dots appearing on my renders. This didn't happen in 1.5.



-Also i cannot launch macl from the render button in studio. Which is quite annoying.

Hi deboy,

We released 1.5.0.2 some days after 1.5.0.1, it solved many many problems with white dots on intel, I could say almost all white dots on osx intel. I am quite sure that update will solve your problem.

If after that update you can still find white dots please send us your scene so we can investigate further where it is happening.

-> deboy... if mxcl doesn´t start, try to update your prebindings. mostly that does it...

sudo update_prebinding -root / -force

I'm getting the same black dots.
I am using maxwell 1.5 for windows 64bit. it is the latest version on the downlaod site. any suggestions???
