In MXST 1.5 (Win32), when I load an MXS and add command line options, if I hit Render MXCL is opened with the command line options in effect. However, adding the options is not recorded in the undo history and when I save the MXS file in MXST and reopen it in MXST later, the options are not preserved.

I encountered this problem when adding -idcpu options to do manual MXI merges.

same happened to me. this way it's very easy to unwillingly create a non-mergable(?) mxi, thus loosing it
