no, the stones won't fall.

because they're not just filled up in the cages. they're like stacked so they build some kind of dry natural stone wall (without mortar)

If this is a real building project I would check with the Fire reg people quite quickly, if the parts are at all structural. If its cladding then it will probably be OK.

I live in a part of the UK which is made up of dry stone walls , but it it is quite a skill to get the strength into them and to stop the stones falling out over time - in fact the little ones are always falling out

Gabions are just mechanically filled and not hand placed to make an intelocking matrix. They look good though.

no, this project it just fictional project and i don't have to «care» for the facade's fire problems. the important part is the overall image.

actually, i'd want them to create that matrix, so there is this implyed process of building a wall involved. of course as an abstract element of the design.

i'll have to create new images soon !
