Don't really know, i should write what i wish each time i think of it, but :

Displacement
Ability to handle B&W images (why not?)
Change color of sun and emitters in multilight
Clouds system, and ability to change sun direction as we do with a light in our 3D soft (Maxwell transletting date & hour as the great JDHill rhino plug)
Procedurals in mat editor

Hey u-bic, are you sure about the analysis topic? Never read about fry supporting it though I usually read a plot of posts in the other forum.

Number one request for production (read: feature film and television) feasibility:

BAKING into texture (8,16,32bit) or vertices for large poly objects.

You will then see a lot of Maxwell being used for digital sets and Matte painting work.

As some of my wishes have already come true I'll add some more:

-Sun & shadows preview in plugin viewports;
-Micro-poly displacement;
-Would be nice to have some way of remembering environment data when rendering from a selected camera; I usually have to annotate all that data when rendering final images because usually I have to make corrections and re-render.

Cheers!
