Shift Lens:
This camera parameter allows users to shift the film plane up/down and left/right, without rotating the camera. This is very useful in architectural rendering for keeping a 2 point perspective while capturing the entire building in the image.

Z-Clip Rendering:
This feature will allow cutting of the rendered object with a plane to show the interior of objects without the need to model the edges. Very flexible and very useful.
is there any chance to see these in action? ( 1 or 2 renders)!

thanks in advance,
nuno

Hi Nicole,
can you please tell me what will happen when v2.0 will be released?
I have 1 license + plusone (I bought MWR in alpha phase), so I assume I can run MWR on 8 PCs: How much I will pay to upgrade to v2.0 to continue to run MWR on all 8 machines?

I didn't send you a PM or an email, because I think this question can interest a lot of people.

Thank you, Gio

I recon those licenses would be scraped when purchasing 2.0 but if you have an existing license from previous versions you get a good discount

Seems logic to me :) But Hey thats just me

Now, we have also decided to give you a further peek at what Maxwell Render 1.5 will bring you. Please note: THIS IS NOT A FINAL FEATURES LIST. A final, full features list will come with the release of 1.5.
Does that mean, that there will be no feature list between THIS feature list and the FINAL feature list?
XSi plug-in:
Alongside the release of Maxwell Render 1.5, a new plug-in for XSi 6 for both Windows and Linux will be available to all new and existing users. In line with our policy to promote cross-platform use of Maxwell Render, this plug-in will be free to all users with standard Full licenses.
What about Cinema4D? New plug on the way for the release date?
Shift Lens:... Blow Up:... Z-Clip Rendering:...
Cool... and surely available out of the plugs, right? Without being forced into Studio to reach these features?

Thx.
