There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.
While i'm not anywhere near as bothered by NL's silence, i'm bothered by you guys' blind optimism about any fart they make. Is that "maybe" of actual value right now?

Optimism is the motor of every action we people take. And yes we see this motor spinning too many times too fast ussualy without a good reason.

Many have said that deadlines are not possible for software companies. Well, I worked for a software company for 3 years, and we had deadlines all the time. If we didn't meet the deadline, heads would roll. We would work late hours, and weekends to make sure things got done.

Every day is money lost for Next Limit, so I know they would release it if they could. I just wish they were completely honest from the beginning. Such as, "soon" not months. Well, mid-May is months :)

Just be honest. If you are a week away from "mid-May" and its clear you can't hit the target, let us know.

Yes, what i meant is - wait and see, and keep reasonable skepticism towards those announcements, or you'll get burned again.

I'm sorry, please accept my apologies. It's just that the hardware and
software investments that I've done AND that Maxwell gave me a new spark
of love for computer graphics, it all made me just perhaps little too impatiens. As I said, I'm sorry.

Looking forward to your progress with patients.

Cheers
