I can't tell you that Hans Zimmer's music is shit on a shingle, because you can't tell somebody that. But I can at least tell you that he doesn't write most of "his" music - a team of ghostwriters do. Most of whom I know well. Hans Zimmer is a brand name, like Mike Post. Except Mike can write. Anyway, when you're a young composer coming up, you ghostwrite. Paid my bills for years.

Simple, haunting, beautiful stuff. Just too short.
Sadly, it is nearly impossible to find.

"Conan the Barbarian" score is off the chain!..

and cant forget the "Good Bad and Ugly" score. .so different too-dont sound like a western that GBU score could work for a future scifi movie too its just so versitle and imaginative

I love both o them and many others. .but these two shold have melted in my cd plyer by now

-hmm Dark City.. have YET to see that movie. .we went to the theater to see it.. but i thouhgt it looked hoaky (trialers seems like it was gonna be another cheesy dark future movie.. and maybe i thouhgt it was just a 12 monkeys ripoff.. 12monkeys is the shizzle!)and saw another move while everyone else saw DC.... and now u guys bring it up and seems like im gonna go have to rent it and finaly see it..
