That one under construction looks like the Vercetti mansion in GTA: Vice City. :)

The first couple images look really underexposed on my computer.

I brought my camera along today and took a couple of pics of two of our projects :D (Ponce 4 and Viscaya)

Image

not bad, I think I nail the color pretty well

Image
this one is coming along pretty well too 8)

it's very cool to see these projects coming alive just the way we vision them on the renderings

The first one looks great. The only thing is the grass that throws it off.

Your palms look better than the real ones :)

That's got to be a pretty good feeling! Make sure your bosses see these - I think they should be pleased in trusting your judgment in using MR.....

If I ever get the chance, I'll make my own plants library as I need:
Palms:
ARCHONTOPHOENIX ALEXANDRAE (ALEXANDRA PALM)
PHENIX ROEBELENII (PYGMY DATE PALM)
ROYAL PALMS and maybe more combinations of the GREEN MALAYAN COCONUTS

Shrubs:
PODOCARPUS MACROPHYLLA "MAKY" (JAPANESE JEW-HEDGE)
PSYCHOTRIA NERVOSA (WILD COFFEE)
FICUS BENJAMINA (WEEPING FIG -HEDGE)
MONSTERA DELICIOSA (MONSTERA)

Ground Covers:
TABERNAEMONTANA DIVARICATA (CRAPE-JASMINE, PINWHEEL FLOWER)
LIRIOPE MUSCARI "GIANT" (GIANT LIRIOPE)

I wonder anyone in the south FL region would be willing to pay for a collection like that?

All are great, and I think you always have the nicest trees (especially palms) around here.

I think it's an improvement definitely, but show it in the same lighting situation. Right now the sun isn't hitting the front of the building like your other rendering. I think it's harder to get a realistic result in direct sunlight. Everything in shadow looks better.....don't ask why haha.
