I brought my camera along today and took a couple of pics of two of our projects (Ponce 4 and Viscaya)

All are great, and I think you always have the nicest trees (especially palms) around here.

I think it's an improvement definitely, but show it in the same lighting situation. Right now the sun isn't hitting the front of the building like your other rendering. I think it's harder to get a realistic result in direct sunlight. Everything in shadow looks better.....don't ask why haha.
