I'm afraid I don't use SolidWorks (I use Softimage|XSI, AutoCAD, MAX and, of course, Maxwell~Render!) but I fulfil the other two criteria i.e. I'm a freelance 3D Visualist and have done many interiors.

All done in XSI & Maxwell~Render, apart from the Restaurant, that was done natively in XSI with mental ray.
