Apparently the URL for that page has found a comfy home in some spammer's database. The more links you have pointing to it from other websites, the more likely this will happen, I guess.

If the system admin for the site can go in and manually delete the comments and change the URL for the page it will stop happening...the downside being that any external links you've made to this image would also be broken. Changing the login procedure for posting comments would do the trick too.
