Are these edges filleted? And if so, what's your methodology? I have the hardest time with these scenarios, and it takes forever to get them right.

I know what you mean Mike, so I just don't do them and try to work around,
But what sometimes helps it to increase the Absolute tolerance in the units properties,

Or in some cases I just scale up a lot, do what I need to do and scale the object down again.

There's actually a technique for doing this, and similar "impossible" scenarios, but it's way complicated, and I only had it explained to me once; not enough to master it. Comes up all the time, though...
