Nice start...
I would add transparency to the liquid and make it a bit more yellow.

I don't know what kind of orange juice you drink in russia, but for me this look like some carot juice. Try to add some SSS and change the color.

lol! We drink the same orange juice, but i don't know what to change in SSS!
that's the problem!!!
My settings are. Absorbtion - 5.0, scattering - 0,4.
Is it correct?

I think you need to alter the model of the juice so that it looks like it is flowing more than thick paint slowly moving. As well as changing the colour you should make the material smoother/shinier, maybe raise the Nd value to make it more reflective (although this might not be correct as Nd of Orange Juice is 1.36).

Hey Boris ! :) Interesting subject! If you don't mind sharing the mxm, I would love to try to get the shader right! For now it looks too opaque, but this king of material is tricky!

Here is the current MXM setup i used for the last image.
It would be great to complete it!

I agree with Will, obviously the material isn't right yet, but the flow also has very high viscosity. That big cavity in the center and the splash coming up the other side look like latex paint or motor oil. Needs more small scale turbulence, and some kind of bump to indicate pulp wouldn't hurt either. That's a tough subject you've picked.

My wife asked me to do it :)
I'll rework the mesh too...

Boris, I couldn't download the mxm, don't know if it comes from my side...

I tested with dielectrics first, and then tried to reproduce the Attenuation distance with SSS to have more control over it, but did not manage for now!

I'll continue later and keep you informed!

Superbad : yes a pulp layer is a must-have! :D

Mihai,

When you say mix your sss bsdf with a dielectric im not sure exactly what you mean. I thought to have sss you have to have transmittance on which makes it a dielectric. Does one layer just need to be set up like you would do glass, and make this the lower weightmap then make a sss bsdf with transmittance turned on with the higher weightmap. Reson I am asking is I am trying to make a wax candle material right now and am fighting with sss to get it to look right. The last test Tokiop did looks like a wax material that I am trying to achive. Tokiop could you share the settings for the material of the images you posted. It may not look like orange juice, but it looks like a wax candle :)
