as disturbing as it might be to watch that (pretty mild in terms of things I've seen BTW), it is nature. The hunt is seldom a delicate matter with any species of animal (land or sea).

It would have been more disturbing to watch human being indiscriminately attacking the seals for fun (something we all know human beings are capable of).

This is just nature being... welll... nature....

now I will say this though Jomaga.... when the one seal gets launched i was like OMG WTF

i am sorry but why criticize natural behavior? we kill also for food, clothing and 'sport'.... animals are allowed to behave the way their instincts demand. No matter how cruel some of that behavior might look it does not compare to what our species is capable of doing even to our own species....
