Those are triangles, but the overall idea is that the resulting mesh is much cleaner. The output params are straightforward too, if a surface is bigger than, subdivide, if it's smaller than, don't subdivide. I'm not sure how this is achieved in Rhino, but I remember to have smooth geometry in bigger areas, the fillets came out with a crazy amount of polys.

I think MOI will be a best seller (like Maxwell when we get RS2 :D )
There are some problems with filleting when using small radius. I read MOI forum and have seen some interesting things. Especially about what Michael (the programmer) is planning to add to the program.
I think NL should consider MOI as a future PLUGIN!
