Here's some work using Maxwell for a pharmaceutical company's annual report. Below the image is a link to the PDF which contains full resolutions as well as the back cover at the end of the document.

Basically, it's a vault holding drug vials, signifying the value in drug development for the company and their investors. Complex IORs were used for glass and water and metal, hence the noise. Audience did not suspect the image as CG and expressed curiosity as to where the vault was kept.

Multilight was used to adjust lighting at render completion.

I can understand why it was thought this is a real vault. Superb renders.

The lighting in the end render is fantastic.
