thxraph: Thanks i got to borrow dad's laptop to get online for a while tonight.

VisualImpact: Thank you! the job isn't permanent yet, i have atleast 6 to 12 months trialperiod until i know for sure but so far after about 2 days there i have to say it's great. The atmosphere is nice and so is the rest of the team there.
