i did a search here but didnt find much.
When i download some materials, they are in .rar format. What do i need to do from here?

Dual Opteron
64 Bit XP Pro
4Gigs memory

rar is compression file

you can dowload in rarsoft site

Pentium 4 3.0 et Pentium 4 3.0 both 2gig ram
