Now that we are on the off-topic section I am wondering if anyone has a place where I can look at examples I lloked at their site gallery, but they only had like 3 rendereso outdoor and indoor scences. I am looking at three renders right nowMaxwell, Fry and Indigo and I know what Maxwell and Indigo (http://www.indigorenderer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=573)
are capable of, but I am having ahard time figuring out what fryrende ris capable of. I tried looking at thier forum, but I could not acces it.

Are they? Mverta isn't NL, and i haven't seen Victor, Oscar or Juan talk about them in a bad way. I could've missed it though - if so, fill me in.

The war beetwen render is stupid

for now :

fryrender and maxwell have the same probleme for indoor rendering (time is long)

for outdoor maxwell is very good


but nl communication is bad !!!!!!

lighting interiors is amongst the hardest thing to do, whatever the render engine is...

anyway concerning the deleted thread, we'll pick the engine that fill best our needs that is available for the app we use, i'm just sorry and feel pity to see angry comments (without giving clue or fact s for those statement) even paranoid ones...bleh

Well if thats what the thread turned into i apologize. I don't need personal vendettas in forums.
I just never got to that part of the thread because it was deleted while i was reading through it and the contents so far were ...mixed with valuable information.

Before their announcement of Maya plug-in market price of this license for me were something near 0. I can only hope NL will release something really useful next couple of weeks.
If NL will also finally make some kind of texture baking, this software will be simply priceless.

I can't believe it, 1 year delay...
