I think it has been discussed before that using sky and an emmitter for the sun doesn't change the result (less noise).
I think you should try skydome and -maybe- an emitter, although I would prefer an emitter in the room, behind the camera for more light, or play with the ISO.

its already skydome.... perhaps i have to give up the emitters simulating the sun even if i would prefer not.. or make render for a couple of day...

I don't find the noise to be bad....


Now, I would have chose a differnt floor... Perhaps some saturnia 18"x18" (marble). They are pretty cheap around here and they look good! or if you wnat to step it up maybe some crema marfil marble with larger tiles

very cool render, but unlike Leo, I do find the noise (look the lamps) not very nice..
