Thanks Stu, ... Larry too ... ;)

Yeah, ..that was a total luck shot --- literally. ....and yes, ..it is kind of confusing to look at ... :)

I took a bunch of others shots of the same thing, ... they all sucked so I kept on moving. When I was walking back I saw the water again and decided to do one more. The light had changed so I used a different angle. What makes it so strange to look at is that there's a lot of light above the tree canopy and it's quite dark below (a pretty standard forest configuration ..) I guess I just got lucky with the angle and it blended the two together perfectly.

And as the say ........ Sometimes, ...even a blind squirrel finds a nut.

btw: ... very nice shots yourself. So, ..what's this Ring of Brodger ? ... I won't google it, ... I'll just wait on you. :P

Hervé: Maybe so.. but still, you know that you have to make the best of what you got :) that's the trick. That poor little worm, you should have taken it to the animal hospital and had them curing it :) so the bastard worm started calling around :D loll

Chris: Very cool shot  it almost looks like a doubleexposure in a way. Cleverly captured and composited :) i like it! are those leafs or stones visible under the watersurface ?

Glebe: Those are pretty good, first one would be nice if shot as hdr with some tonal adjustments or just converted to black/white with noise added to it :) nice work.

Keep the great photographs coming! :)

Thanks Max, ... they are leaves that sunk to the bottom.

I know it looks composited, ..but it's just a single exposure. Again, ..just a fortunate set of circumstances. :)
