Edit: I would agree about the subconscious posture thing, ......but in the case of a photograph, .......that subconscious thought quickly rises to the fore of the ego level of awareness. ......usually, ....that is.

Well, ....his posture, expression and position are pretty good clues. The posture is one of 'control' and his expression is 'all business'. He's running the show.

Now, take our grey haired friend in the back, ....he's caught in a candid position and doesn't correct his posture in any way for the picture (which they clearly know is coming) to project any particular authority, .....why would he? ...so he naturally just projects friendliness. So, if I was a beting man, .....and I am (lol) our man on the left is, .....'the man'.

While we're at it, .....our Leo's posture reads to me, .......dilligence.

.....and I'll take a stab with our young friend and call him out as an intern. Deer in the headlights comes to mind. .....but it remains, ....just a guess and of course I could be wrong.

Miguel (Left handed holding the pencil) runs the show... Architect, General Contractor, and developer. He enjoy buying lots and developing them into +16,000 sq.ft. luxury homes. (He has a very strong personality )
Guido "gray haired friend in the back" is also one of the two owners. Guido and Miguel were College buddies..... and since 2004 Guido joined forces with Miguel. Before that, he built a medium size Arch. firm (+30 people) from the ground up (High Rises) but decided to sell his half and moved to a smaller practice. (Good move High rises are going to be suffering in the upcoming years )
He is very layback, you'll never see Guido angry . At the same time, he has stricter dead lines and will ask you to stay during weekends if necessary (He will work as hard during those weekends too- He’s definitely not a freeloader boss).

The kid sitting is studying architecture at FIU he works 3 days a week at the moment.


Me, well I still have 2 more years before I'm eligible to be a register architect (5 years of college + 3 years internship + Arch exam = License)
