with the previuos V1.1. max plugin release... textures with projectors number 0 didnt worked with object mapped with uvw map on channel 1 ...not both numbered 0 or 1 should work

That means that you don't have to worry if the maps have 0 or 1 assigned; max uvw ID 1 will take care of both. If you have max uvw ID 2 then set the map projector number 2, 3 -> 3

MAX uvw ID 1 ---> map projector number ---> 0 or 1
MAX uvw ID 2 ---> map projector number ---> 2
MAX uvw ID 3 ---> map projector number ---> 3
...

it seems to work fine here. I just tested a multisub mat with different IDs and uv channels.
there seems to be a problem in viewport though. I have three different UVs modifiers, but only the first one (number 1 in max), seems to be interactive, and it controls the all of them. it happens only in viewport, the scene renders fine.

I don't know, but the few vwry basic things I've tried so far seem to all work just fine. uv channel 1 gets translated correctly, and so the others. no crashes either. apart from that problem with multiple UVs in viewport, but I should look closely, it may be just me.

Yes, Rivoli, you're right. Viewport can only display first projector but it will render others without any problem ;)

If it makes it possible, too then the next version wouldn't make sense :lol:

much better than the previous one here too

the only (up to now) issue i still have is that max crashes sometimes when i open the material editor... it starts loading the thumbnails in the slots, than at a certain point it freezes
sometimes it keeps on freezing even when i restart 3dsmax, open the scene, open the material editor and BUM! :twisted:

ciao,
Andrea

Same here. You can bypass this though by changing the renderer to scanline, open material editor and change again to maxwell as only happens the first time you open the editor.
