seems like mograph (cloner for example) doesn't render with MR.

Seems like instanced objects don't work - you have to make them editable geometry. However, i didn't try it with MoGraph.

Instanced objects are not supported at this time by the MXCL so it is logical it is not supported by the plugin. If MOGRAPH uses object instancing then it is logical that this feature does not work at the moment.
