You might want to experiment with higher roughness settings for a more frosted look on the glass. 10 was the sweet spot for what I wanted, but higher values should also look good.

I'm guessing he's doing that because his fascia is itchy, or maybe he once got really, really, really cold and that's where he's gotta go to get access to his fun bits.

Nope, it still functions. When you have a texture in the roughness channel, the value defines the maximum roughness. It's a very useful feature, and I really wish that it were possible to do the same thing with other mappable channels.
