Mini Material Tutorial:

STEP 1

Start by creating a BSDF layer
Load the full Chromium.ior
and set the roughness to 25
Image

STEP 2
Load your alpha map and set to 50
Image

STEP 3

Create a new BSDF layer
Set Reflectance (0'), Reflectance (90') and transmittance all to 255,255,255
and set the roughness to 20
Image

STEP 4

Load your alpha map in to the new basic layer, Invert and set to 50

Correction:
STEP 3
Create a new BSDF layer
Set Transmittance all to 255,255,255 and set Nd=1
NOTE: Also weight values don't apply when you map them, so you don't have to make them 50/50.

Yea that culture stone would look great with displacement.

One little nit-pick …
Maybe add a piece of trim down the side were the stone meets the siding?

You should do a V1.1 version now the bump mapping issues have been resloved. That would really finish the wall off nicely.
