Hey cool work mate, I like the second one alot. For the first one, as mentioned, i'd work a little bit on the bump for the stone finish on the house exterior, it looks a little too much like a highly reflective marble, and reduce the scale of the ground texture a bit. Looks great - fantastic trees/plants/shrubbery etc...
