Yup that's cool but you need more box benchmarks mate, that one's gonna make Steve Jobs a bit too happy (and god knows what he'll do then) :)

We are waiting for more cpu tests (expecially quad-cores) :)

Except on the whole, the Opteron system is 1ghz slower....still it's nice to see Mac finally catching up. How much is a dual dualcore Apple?

you don't really want to know.... :cry: I checked today on the apple-store website: in italy it cost you 3.419,00€ with 512MB ram.... if you want to boost it up to 4GB it goes to 4119,00€

yep, at least here. better configurations may give better results.. but anyway, those opterons are not the fastest ones. clock per clock thery're slower than the quad g5.
