That's a really cool bike Mike! I prefer these to the new ones.....something about the design reminds you a human built them.

jomaga: Hehe aww she sure has small friends :D your other two photos looks good too, artistic style.

Mihai: That's a nice one, strong dof.. :)

mtripoli: Interesting story behind that headstone.

Mihai: Great closeup of the berries  they look so yummy :P

Leonardo: Weird building photos hehe, i have no clue what it is.. a bridge ?

andretto: Oo.. pretty shots! where's that at ?

mtripoli: Thanks and that's a real nice shot :D hehe with that you're absolutely back on track ;)

Andreas: Cool! did you crash ? :D nahh.. sorry, that looks like lotsa fun!

I only had this shot, snapped it in the church in the city (note, i don't go in there unless it's very necessary. This time it was just for the snapshot). Although it's a kinda ugly church designwise, there's a better looking one 20km from my place..

Mihai, your guess was technically not correct. Practically however, you're right. :)

It's a pattern-welded (also incorrectly called damascus -- no modern blades are actually damascus steel, they are pattern welded) dagger.

Man, I love this thread. :)

I went to the beach today.

Specs on request. Both are reasonably heavily adjusted from the defaults though -- in fact, most of mine are.

If I were to put together a website that was just a repository for texture photographs, would that be useful to folks? If it had a donate button, would you donate?

This image is gonna differ from me and others recent posts here.
It’s really nothing extraordinary with this shot nor is it beautiful :)
But for those of you that are familiar with those sterio images might see some beauty :)

Ok how to make the most out of this 3D image..

Info: We have two eyes which are spaced about three inches apart so each eye sees a slightly different viewpoint which allows us to appreciate the 3 dimensional shape of the objects we are looking at. Usually when we take a photograph only one picture is taken which means that it can only be seen in two dimensions. If we want to see the true life qualities of a picture we must take two photographs, one for each eye, moving the camera three inches or so in between.

How to:
Relax you eyes while looking at the picture
The blur will be massive and the image will split into 3 images
The 3 images will be lined up in a perfect match
Simply try to slowly focus on the middle image and you will be able to see the image in 3D.

I was just thinking outside the box, don't kill me for doing a bad job being creative ;):)
