So I'm struggling through trying to figure out rendering with the SW plugin. I have a lot of Photoworks experience, and I can get pretty good images from it. Mostly I render wood furniture, so textures are really important. All the tutorials and documentation I have seen about applying textures using the plugin have used the built-in SW "texture" function. This is not an option for me as it does such a poor job of mapping. I think I have figured out projectors, and I can create good looking textures in Studio (using cubic and cylindrical projection). I've saved some materials (with textures) as MXM files, and I can apply them to bodies in the plugin, but the textures don't render unless I go through Studio and change the projector.
My question is, is there any way to access the projectors and textures using the plugin? I don't want to have to go into Studio and edit the projector for several dozen parts every time I change a model. Or am I just missing something basic and fundamental here?
