I cannot get my Textures to mapp at all on my Maxwell material shaders.
Ive Tried Diffuse and Plastice, but the same problem persists, the Color map just renders either balck or grey where the triangels in the mesh are, and bump channel look completely distored and overlapped, very odd.
Is anyone else experiencing texture map issues. Ive applied these textures in fresh scene and in scenes that ive remapped my uvs , ive checked my uv maps in maya software andstill the mapped textures do not translate on the surface in any understandable way.
Is this new, i dont remeber having such texture problems with earlier (1.1.23) releases. Is there any light to be shed on how to correctly use textures with MXshaders in maya?
And the Framing of the camera vs what renders is still off still looks as if the camera dollys back at render time.
_how do i attach images to this Post to show a example of what Im seeing.
Do i need my images on a webspace somewhere or how can i just attach them to this post like other posters show their pics.

doesnt work for me iker, have quite a few project I'm waiting to finish but these little niggles prevent that, atleast colour maps dont render black in 1.1.31

heres a test, plastic material on floor (bump works) and diffuse colour map on wall print:

Brett , you say that bump works correctly for you? without dark strips?
I can't make it work without dark strips (using .jpg's,.bmp's ,.tga black & white maps and RGB too) :shock:

iker, you can see it there on the floor, the bump map isnt quite black, light grey for the boards and dark grey for the gaps.
