Nice design, but I wouldn't trust to use it there are some constructive weak points in the supporting metal part, which will make it collapse if vertical force is applied... but hey, who cares in this forum
the render is more than ok!

That's a mighty fine rendering and a even better studiosetup you did i like it!

But.. metal fatigue must give the nice chair a short life as i cannot see it lasting very long if someone would sit alot in it, that's a different discussion tho.. not going much more into that here anyways good work!

The chair looks a little bit insteable. Kurz auf deutsch: wenn sich einer auf das Fussende setzt, klappt der Liegestuhl hinten hoch. Mir wär's a bissl unangenehm.

Good render, but like others said it will collapse on the flimsy metal rod base. Maybe show a variation on a different base?

I personally think that with the double S-curve structure welded with many little tie rods -----, does become a viable supporting structure. I suppose i could do some strucutal calculations, but that would be ridiculous. If it turned out that the base wasn't sound, then simply using a higher tensile strength rod with a slightly larger diameter would do the trick. Conclusion: change nothing.

Note: the metal looks to be about 1/4" diameter(? cm's) X 4 ...question: How many lbs/kg's do you think it would take to bend 1" of metal? A lot. I think it's deceptively strong.
