Did you notice the Arroway textures came separately?
I think they should be in:
C:\Program Files\Next Limit\Maxwell\materials database\textures\arroway
If that doesnt work try putting them directly in:
C:\Program Files\Next Limit\Maxwell\materials database\textures
...Maxwell will look there for missing textures.
