I have been purging a bunch of MXI files from my computer to clear up some space, and almost everytime I search for *.mxi, explorer crashes.
My guess is that it has to do with the shell thumbnail generator... (i noticed it happens only/mostly with my old mxi files, or when they are large files).
I can reproduce it consistently.
