you can use the 'Bitmaps Default Path' option in the 'Render Options' part of the 'Add Job' dialog in the network rendering client. it is doing exactly this. or did i miss something? the selected path can contain the textures as well as the MXS, you can just use directly the pack and go folder for this.noseman wrote:....
The easiest thing would be to have an option to read ALL bitmaps from the same folder as the mxs. During mxs creation (from the plugin or studio) all bitmaps could be copied to that folder and then the remote server can easily use the same network path to locate them.
