your options are
1- the film ISO type you can choos 150. 200 - 250~400 << i did that it work
2-also play with shutter speed and the fstop. thats work also

both works. think of it like real cam

Is that glass in that wall? I'm sure that this is a known problem with glass and sunlight so try turning the glass off and see what that does.

It also looks like you need to adjust your time and or model as the sun appears to be coming in the wrong place for you to get light into the room

filem in real life are 50/100 / 150 / 200 /400
that one of the options to get more light to the film . 400 for night

no, sunlight is not getting into your room just because you didn't turn it on. just check "use sunlight".

Hindus, you should download the latest release.
Also check out the manual that came with Maxwell it will explain F/stops and shutter speeds and ISO.
