This is my first test with Maxwell. It's not in any way complete but it's a beginning. Please tell me your opinion and any tricks that might improve the image.

*settings:
resolution: 640 x 480
*render time: 18 hours 20 minutes 6 seconds

target sampling level: 25
sampling level reached: 14.85

I finally got some time to update this scene. Changed the time of the day from afternoon to morning so now i'm getting a lighter image. Added a few bits and pieces here and there, and 3 wooden figures. The glows on the walls are because of the highly reflective material of the wooden figures.
It took 9 hours to render and reached level 15.

Now check out the next image.

This image took only 2 hours and 34 minutes and reached the same level (15).

The only difference is that I got rid of the 2 emitters at the top. But as you can see they do not contribute that much to the final light of the scene, and it renders so much faster.
My question is that since MR is based on real physics, shouldn't 2x150Watt lamps create a much lighter scene?

Please comment on this, I'm looking forward to find out.

I think it is because the sun is so much brighter than the electric lights that their contribution to the scene is negligible.
