50% performance in Task Manager?

I am running a dual opteron 64 bit XP Pro, and when i am rendering a maxwell scene, it only says im using 50% of my CPU.
Any ideas how to get 100%?

Have you tried to change to 2 the Number of threads in the Maxwell Globals Engine tab?
