I'm a newcomer to sketch-up and the maxwell render plugin. I have sketch up 8 for mac. I have added a grass sketch up texture to a group and proceed to open maxwell grass window. The blank window appears with selection and no selection but no parameter options appear. How to I get the parameters to appear?

It should be enabled whenever at least one group is selected. So could you please try opening a new model, opening the grass window, right-clicking on the Susan component, choosing Explode, then right-clicking again and choosing Make Group? Instantly, the Maxwell Grass window should become un-greyed, showing "Selection: (no name)", with an "Enabled" toggle-button. If that does not work, please go to Plugins > Maxwell > About Maxwell and let me know which version you are using.
