I do not know if there are any oficial measurement of speed improvement between these to versions.
Just in case Now I am working in an old scene, and it takes 40% the old time.

It depends on your scene. You can't say there's a constant speed multiplier between two versions. Some of them could be twice or three times fast, while the rest of them are only slightly faster or the same.
