At first, I saw the announcement of 2.7.10.
Wow, It's a 2.7.10. Ah? Where is 2.7.1~2.7.9 ?
But it it actually 2.7.1
Why?

No, it is 2.7.10. I asked that the x.x.1-x.x.9 spots be reserved so that plugins can release builds between the release of Maxwell x.x.0 and Maxwell x.x.10 if they want to, and yet still have matching numbers when x.x.10 is released.

It's just a patch to 2.7 so it doesn't really matter does it? Call it 2.7.1.2.5.3.2.

It's not very strange. Clearly, whoever typed those announcements just made a simple mistake, which is understandable, since the first time we did this was with 2.6.10.
