Problem only noted on upgrading plugin to current, 2.6.27

Problem:
Only BSDF properties accessible in Maya's Attribute Editor.
Layer/Global/Displacement/Coating attributes will not appear automatically

Reproducibility:
always.

Solution:
Force Maya to re-focus on the maxwell material node, click on "Focus" button at the top of the tabbed window.

You're right. We've changed that part of the code to work around a bug in Maya 2012 on OSX, and apparently we've stumbled upon another bug in Maya 2011/OSX. We'll fix it as soon as possible.
