Hi folks,

I can't log in to the MXM Online/Web browser either from within MAX or using ME.

I get error:

Login Error. Can't login in MXM Gallery. Check user account info in the preferences dialog

I've double checked my username and password and it's ok.

Any ideas?

My bad.

Never actually registered on the resources website.... was trying to use my account login and forum username. would be nice if you could use one account for all of this!

Hi, I did get access eventually yes, thank you. It took several days for my password to work for some reason but I'm in now.
