Does anyone have the benchwell sculpture.mxs and attached materials zipped that they can email to me? Or point to a place I can download, I must have misplaced it.

no, benchwell is shut down - hopefully there will be a new solution by NL soooon.
Maybe with an independent, easy to use, one button benchmark tool...

btw. is there still the 800pix limitation for the demo version on the benchwell scene?
i've tried it without license and it rendered at 960x768... is this the normal benchwell resolution?
