Network/monitor wishes

- Ability to restart render jobs.
- It should be possible to assign or remove nodes from jobs
- More detailed information in monitor about render jobs.
- Monitor should render jobs in the assigned order automatically, and not go to the latest assigned.

- Ability to render all cameras in a scene.
- Ability to write parameters that removes a lot of typing when starting a render. Example [F]_[C]_[D]_[N].png = File name_Camera_Date_Incremental number.png

- Stability. The 2.0.1.0 patch was a big improvement, but the stability of the network render environment is still not good enough. I have given up cooperative rendering with images with 2000 pixels or more.
