I'd really like to see the ability to comment on materials posted to the website. For users it'd be nice to see some feedback when you're deciding between a few materials to download. And as someone who's started uploading materials, I'd like to get some feedback so that I might be able to improve the materials I've uploaded.

I strongly agree.
It's also a good way to post little improvements, some of the downloaders do, to tweak the material.
