The effect is looking pretty cool. It's a nice concept sketch technique.

yeah! i like it too! wouldn't know what to criticise except maybe that the floor material looks a bit out of scale and those railings draw the focus too much to themselves with that technique.

Really nice "drawing". As an architecture's student l find this kind of technic more direct and less distracting when trying to express concepts.
