HI !thx! well i had some trouble to get a nice cap material and it didnt came out as i want it to be ..it´s look more like glas than plastic. so i agree with you .

Waterdrops umm.. well since you use Maya it should be rather simple, either you could model them individually from sphere's or half-sphere's and then place them where you want them on your objects. Or maybe u could use the particle system to spray waterdrops on your scene, making the particles stick to your models and react to gravity making them "drip" down along the meshes. Or another solution could be to use displacement maps to generate drops with but that would give u sooo much extra geometry it might not be worth the trouble..
