OK. I'd like to start a question about graphic card again.

Finally, I have a plan to upgrade my old graphic card.

Maybe, I'll buy one within a few days.

Currently, mine is Radeon X800gto and I'd buy it 2years ago.

Now I'm considering Radeon HD3850 or HD3650.

I know that their new card is in market already, but that's a bit expensive.

These two cards are very good price nowadays.

I've searched many benchmark of graphic cards, but only I've seen is that gaming performance comparison.

So I want to know that game performance benchmark is adapt in case of graphic tools benchmark.

In game bench, the directx performance differences are so big.

So it is, Should I think it's the same at graphic programs?

I'm using 3dsMax at directx mode and maxwell at opengl.

I'd personally get an Nvidia 8800GT with 1GB VRAM instead.

...and a quadro at that.

This is old Sandy, but it points out how the difference in driver development improves the CAD workflow/experience.

I know people think Quadro's are crazy expensive, but good and affordable ones can be found on Ebay.
