Sunflow seems like a great render, but the small amount of plug-ins and the java junk is really keeping me away.

Although this looks great, I cannot get excited with a feature that will simply certify that we need a renderfarm to do the job...
On the other hand, the new sun/sky system looks great with no changes in render times....
For me this feature will never be 100% necessary, because I do arch renderings.... mostly exteriors.... A simple displaced stone wall or brick wall is what I usually need.... Instances for grass and trees..

But I have to admit that the picture they show there is really great!!!
