Thanks guys! I'm glad it got some exposure because during the project I was very fustrated with the client. He knew my boss from "way back" so he was getting the "friend price" but wanted to keep making changes. The article gave him great exposure and he ended up selling all 16 condos from the start instead of having to build it in two phases like he originally planned.

Now his friend is coming to us with the same, "We don't have alot of money..." song and dance wanting the same "friend price." I wanted to scream during the meeting. And my boss wonders why our 3D projects never make any money.

well just tell the developer that you wont charge anything now .. but will take a slice of teh profits when the new condos are sold... however in todays economic climate that might be a bad idea ?!?!?!
